1. Where do we deliver? 
We deliver to every states in Malaysia.

2. How much is the cost for the delivery? 
Delivery charges are different depending on the region and weight of the item. Please refer to the table below for more information.

3. How long will the delivery take? 
Deliveries to Peninsular Malaysia usually would take 1-3 working days, and East Malaysia usually would take 3-5 working days.

4. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)? 
We regret inform you that RayRay Boutique does not offer COD for time being. Customers will be informed through our social media if in the future this service would be offered to them.

5. How do I check the delivery status of my item(s)? 
After your payment is completed, RayRay Boutique will give you the tracking number for your item(s) that could be used to check the status of your delivery on the courier’s webpage. 

PAYMENT

1. What payment method(s) does RayRay Boutique accept? 
We accept payment through bank transfer (online/ATM), cash deposit machine (CDM), and QR pay Maybank.

2. I accidentally transferred extra sum than I was supposed to. 
Will rayray boutique return my money? Yes, your money will be returned in case there are extra sum paid than initially intended. For a large sum of money, it will be returned through online bank transfer and would take around 3-5 days.

ORDER

1. I am having trouble with completing my order on the website.

2. I want to cancel my paid order(s). 
We regret to inform you that order(s) that have been paid for cannot be canceled.

3. I still have not received my order(s).

4. Will there be restocks on dress that are currently out of stock? 
Dress that have high demands will be restocked at times. To keep yourself up to date with it, customer are advised to follow our social media for further updates .

5. When will my order(s) be processed? 
Only order(s) that are paid before 1PM (Monday-Friday) will be processed and delivered on the same day. Order(s) that are paid after said time will be processed and delivered on the next working day. No delivery will be done on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and public holiday(s).

RETURN & EXCHANGE

1. I want to exchange dress that I have bought. 
Customers can exchange as long as you follow our Returns & Exchanges Policies . However, to ensure a smooth process of exchange, please contact us first before you proceed with the shipment.

2. There are defect(s) on the item(s) I received.
We have a strict quality control (QC) process before we deliver any item to our customers. But we apologies if there are any mistake. Item(s) with defect(s) could be returned to us and the delivery charges are on us. However, to ensure a smooth process of exchange, please contact us first before you proceed with shipment. Additionally, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policies for further info.

3. The dress that I received are not in my size
Exchange could be made if there are other dress of the same type in stock. But please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policies  first. We also would like to encourage customer to contact any of us before customer proceed with the shipment.

4. I received different dress from what I’ve ordered.
We apologies for any inconveniences. You could exchange the shoes you’ve received and the delivery charges are on us or money back guaranteed. But please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policies first. However, to ensure a smooth process of exchange, please contact any of us  first before you proceed with the shipment.
